Join us for a hands-on culinary workshop where you’ll learn how to make Ang Ku Kueh (Red Tortoise Cake) and Cao Zai Guo (Herbal Rice Cake) while exploring the cultural meanings and customs connected to Taiwanese festivals and family traditions.

Participants will shape and prepare traditional Taiwanese rice cakes by hand while learning about the symbolism behind these foods and their role in Taiwanese celebrations, seasonal customs, and religious traditions.
