Our training for Cadillac & Reformer Pilates emphasizes deep apparatus work, hands-on cueing, and the ability to adapt exercises to clients needs.

This event will be lead by the CEO & Founder Daisy Zhang. She will be presenting our training program in detail. There will also be plenty of time for Q&A so please come prepared with any questions you may have.
