Weekly Tai Chi for beginners and more experienced practitioners. May not happen during school holidays.Meditation, controlled breathing and slow, low-impact movement which has been described as “medication in motion”. Give it a try.
Bookings not required.
BYO water bottle, wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
COTA members $5, non members $7 per class
