Tai Chi - Led by Master Tehuti. With over 3 decades of expertise in the Practicum of Baduan Jin Chi Gong and Tai Chi, he started as a martial artist of Karate which led to his introduction to Tai Chi and Chi Gong, where he began to find greater benefits to his health, mind and body that elevated him personally. His purpose is to continue to study and teach those who desire to learn Tai Ch and Chi Gong and all the benefits of the art form. He will now be sharing his knowledge here at Focus & Flow.
