Ritual Work Presents: The Healing Arts Series w\ Sariah Sizemore

A 4-part monthly immersive wellness series designed to help you reconnect with your creativity, clarity, vitality, and sense of purpose.
Workshops take place from 1 PM – 4 PM at the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge Black Box Theater. Snacks will be provided.
This series is for artists, entrepreneurs, parents, leaders, caregivers, creatives, professionals, and anyone ready to move through the stress, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, self-doubt, procrastination, and creative blocks that can leave you feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself. Whether you want to launch a new project, reignite your motivation, deepen your leadership, make meaningful art, or simply feel more inspired and energized again, this space is designed to support you.
Workshops include:
- Guided reflection and mindset work
- Self-regulating practices
- yoga-inspired warmups and breathwork
- Vision Boarding
- Meditation and journaling
- Ritual Breathwork Journey
- Music and sound healing
- Community connection and support
Participants are encouraged to bring something they want to work on into the space, whether it’s a creative project, a business idea, a life transition, a relationship challenge, or a personal goal.Throughout the series, Sariah will also teach practical tools for working with motivation, emotional resilience, energy management, discipline, confidence, and sustainable momentum in everyday life.
Each workshop in this unique Healing Arts Series can be attended as a standalone experience for $40, or participants can commit to the full 4-part series for the discounted rate of $150. While each workshop is designed to stand on its own, participants are encouraged to sign up for the full series and work through a personal, creative, or professional goal alongside the cohort for deeper accountability, momentum, connection, and support over time.
