Weekly one hour class in the brilliant Immersive Room at Northampton Museum as part of the museum's Wellness Series.
A typical tai chi class comprises Chi Kung (standing meditation), warm up exercises and Yang Style Tai Chi form.
All welcome, from complete beginner to advanced practitioner.
