The New Woman to the New Look is a series of five talks delivered by costume specialist Sharn Matthews and curator Rebecca Shawcross exploring what women in the first half of the twentieth century wore with examples from the clothing and shoe collections at Northampton Museum and Art Gallery.
The second of these talks looks at the 1910s Hobble skirts, empire lines and boots.
