For the first time this year we are hosting a full day T'ai Chi Workshop at one of our local venues for all, from beginners to advanced students, on Saturday March 21st. This will be a full day covering:
- T'ai Chi Forms, beginner to advanced practice, in groups and partnered practice
- Kai Men Yoga and Dao Yin breathing exercises
- Partner work and energy exercises
- Weapons forms
Come along and join us if you are interested in mindful movement!
We have an indoor training area available for up to 25 people but can use outdoor spaces if the weather allows too. Contact us directly if you have any questions ahead of the course so we can hold a space for you.
£45 per person for a full day
£25 per person for a half day
(Concessions for Students and Over-65s)
Doors open at 930am for registration and refreshments. Tea will be provided during breaks over the day but please bring a pack lunch if you are staying for the whole day.
