• Start with a full York G&T on arrival (our award-winning London Dry with Fever-Tree Light Tonic, or lemonade if you prefer), followed by another perfectly served G&T during the session. .
• Enjoy a mini gin tasting to explore different botanicals and discover the flavours you love.
• Learn the art and science of gin making, including the key elements of distillation.
• Discover the flavour profiles you enjoy
• Distill your own bottle of gin (one bottle per still, maximum 2 people per still; supplement applies for 2 people).
• Optional extra: Engraved personal bottle to fill with your own bespoke gin
