ree Tai Chi for Men. Open to all! We are all beginners so its a very relaxed atmosphere hopefully welcoming to all 🙂 Come join us the Tai Chi and a cuppa after!This session has been facilitated by Brewtime Men's Club with the kind help of Mike from Swansea Tai Chi and our friends at HQ Urban Kitchen. As a new community group we are in the process of applying for funding to continue offering the Free Tai chi sessions in the longer term. We are therefore happy to accept donations from participants on the day but would like to stress there is absolutely no requirement or pressure to do so.
Brewtime Men's club was founded in 2022 by a small group of men in Swansea who had come together to look at peer support for Men that might be struggling with their emotional health or simply looking for things to get involved in and get them out about and active. The group constituted in July 2023.
We are not experts or Mental health professionals but we are guys that have all experienced different challenges in relation to our emotional health and have found that buy coming together for a cuppa we can help reduce some of the isolation and loneliness that is often felt after experiencing poor emotional health.
