About this Event
Tai Chi is a meditative exercise with slow, graceful movements that help you stretch, breathe and find balance. Practicing Tai Chi can help develop physical strength as well as emotional calm, reducing stress and anxiety. This evidence-based program helps individuals build balance and stability which helps prevent falling.
