Current SPARK Membership is required for all classes, tours and clubs.
This safe, effective exercise program was designed by Dr. Paul Lam and a team of medical experts and Tai Chi masters. It was adopted by the Arthritis Foundation for anyone with arthritis or similar chronic pain. Also good for balance and fall prevention.
This class meets twice weekly. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. Adaptations will be made for those with mobility issues.
