About this Event

This event will start with a Tai Chi demonstration at 10 am. There will be a free lesson for beginners right after, around 10:15 am.

What you will learn: gentle Tai Chi and Qigong movements designed to release stress and improve strength and balance. Well suited for beginners with a wide range of physical abilities.

Location: McMinnville Grange (1700 SW Old Sheridan Rd), upstairs
