Table-Top Session #4

As a refresher for those who haven’t been as engaged, we are building an EASE (Ecosystem Awareness Software for Everyone) tool to increase our communities’ sovereignty over our data and enable us to leverage that data for resources and capital. At the same time, we are calling for community support in forming a Community Data Co-Op to decide how the communal data is leveraged and how stories are crafted from that data.

Please join us, virtually, on Monday, July 1st, 2024 as we test the processes of the EASE Tool. We seek your feedback to ensure the tool has a seamless interface and that everyone who uses it gets the necessary information. Our first iteration of the EASE Tool is focused on Grassroots/Community-Based Organizations and the families they serve.

1. Participant checks into a program
2. Participants check out of a program (*time permitting*)

Who Should Attend?

• Youth/Young Adults age 14 - 24
• Parents/Guardians of youth participating in afterschool, weekend, and/or summer programs
• Parents/Guardians enrolled in a community-based program
• Community-based organizational leaders and their staff
