Join us for a dynamic one-day event designed to inspire and connect students, staff, and industry professionals from our Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Bakery, and Events courses.

Hosted by Gary Maclean, the day will feature a special Q&A with Michelin Star chef and Great British Menu judge Lorna McNee and other guests, alongside live demonstrations from some of Glasgow’s finest chefs.

The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and top suppliers will also be showcasing Scotland’s exceptional produce. This event is open to all students and staff in Culinary Arts, Bakery, Hospitality, Events, and Tourism.
