In collaboration with Oslo Cycling Week, we´re setting up a guided ride on downhill singletracks from Frognerseteren to Sørkedalen! The ride starts at Frognerseteren T-bane station. From there, we ride up to Tryvann before we ride all the way down to Sørkedalen.
Ability level: Experienced riders only. Full suspension mountain bike recommended, both analog and e-bikes are welcome!
Participants on guided tours with Oslo Mountain Bike Guides are responsible for any insurance on themselves and equipment. We require participants in the course to wear a helmet and we encourage the use of gloves, knee, and elbow pads.
Guide / instructor assess terrain according to skill level in group, but participants must also assess terrain, elements, and skill in relation to degree of difficulty and their own skills.
