oin us for a day of Systemic Family Constellations at the beautiful Scorrier House in Cornwall.

Constellations offer a powerful way to explore the hidden dynamics within family and ancestral systems. They can reveal unconscious loyalties, unresolved trauma, and patterns that may be influencing our lives, often across generations. When these dynamics are seen and acknowledged, new movement and possibilities can emerge.

Whether you are completely new to constellations or already familiar with the work, you are warmly welcome.

This workshop offers a supportive and respectful space for insight, connection, and personal exploration.

What happens on the day

The day begins with a short grounding practice.
There will usually be 3 constellations, with regular breaks.

Each constellation begins with a brief conversation between the facilitator and the person bringing an issue (Issue Holder). Group members may then be invited to represent people or elements within the system (Representatives). Through this embodied process, hidden dynamics can emerge and begin to shift.

Everyone present participates in some way, whether as an issue holder, representative, or witness. All roles offer meaningful personal insight, and many people find representing in others’ constellations, or simply observing, to be just as impactful as exploring their own.

No previous experience is necessary.

Facilitator

Dr Alice Laskey is a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience in mental health and emotional wellbeing. She trained as an advanced-level Systemic Constellations facilitator with the Centre for Systemic Constellations (CSC) and brings warmth, depth, and clarity to her facilitation.

Places & Fees
£125 — Issue Holder place (3 places)
£65 — Representative place
£45 — Introductory first-time / Bursary — Representative place

Issue Holder places are for those bringing a personal issue to be explored in a constellation. Representative places involve taking part in others’ constellations or observing. Many attend as representatives first and many return as representatives. You do not have to bring a personal issue to attend and both roles offer meaningful personal insight. Being a representative is a powerful way to experience the work and often brings unexpected personal insight.

(If space allows, representatives may upgrade to an Issue Holder place on the day by paying the difference.)
