About Zita
Zita Tulyahikayo is an international facilitator of Systemic Constellations, systemic coach and clinical hypnotherapist with more than fifteen years' experience supporting individuals, couples and organisations to navigate change, relationships, family dynamics and inherited patterns.
Having trained directly with Bert Hellinger, the founder of Family Constellations, Zita combines deep systemic understanding with a rare ability to make complex ideas accessible, practical and profoundly human. Her work explores the hidden loyalties, unconscious dynamics and patterns of belonging that quietly shape our lives, often across generations.
Before entering the therapeutic world, Zita enjoyed an international career in fashion, working across London, New York and Los Angeles with leading global brands and artists. That creative background continues to influence her distinctive style as a facilitator: calm, observant, elegant and deeply attentive to both what is spoken and what remains unseen.
Today she teaches internationally and is the creator of the Four Laws of Love, an evolving body of work exploring belonging, relationship and the invisible forces that shape human experience. Her workshops are known for their warmth, depth and clarity, offering thoughtful, curious adults an opportunity to see themselves, their families and their lives from an entirely new perspective.

You are welcome to join in one of two ways:
Participant / Representative
You will take part in the constellations of others.
This is often surprisingly powerful and relevant to your own life.
Issue Holder (Constellation place)
You bring a personal theme or question to explore within the group.
Not every issue holder place is guaranteed — the work follows what is most ready in the room.

No prior experience is needed.

Held in a creative, community-based venue in Central - West London, this is not a retreat setting — but it is a real and grounded space for meaningful work.
