Get ready for the ultimate Carnival warm-up.
We’re back with another Plus Size Pole Class, created especially for women who want to move, laugh, and reconnect with their bodies in a space that celebrates every curve.

For one special event only, we're bringing together the power, sensuality and confidence of pole with the infectious energy of Caribbean Carnival. Expect an unforgettable workshop where pole meets whining in a celebration of movement, music and pure vibes.
Our expert pole instructor, , will guide you through every move with beginner-friendly options, personalised support and plenty of encouragement, ensuring you feel strong, comfortable and confident on the pole.
Leading the Carnival vibes, will have you unlocking your waistline with easy-to-follow whining techniques, helping you loosen your hips, find your rhythm and channel the unmistakable energy, confidence and freedom of Carnival.

Whether you're counting down the days until Notting Hill Carnival or simply want to try something completely different, this workshop is designed to help you move with freedom, confidence and joy.
No pole experience? No problem.
We'll break everything down step by step, making this class accessible, welcoming and full of encouragement. Come ready to laugh, sweat, build confidence and embrace your inner Carnival Queen.
Expect high-energy Soca and Dancehall vibes, plenty of waistline work, and a room full of women hyping each other up from beginning to end.
Please don’t worry about your level of flexibility, strength or stamina; these are all qualities you will gain from Pole Dancing! We all had to start somewhere
What You Need to Know:
- Who’s it for? Absolute beginners and anyone looking to enhance their foundational skills. No prior experience is needed.
- What to bring? Make sure you wear shorts (not leggings), and a comfortable top. Bring a water bottle, and pack a face cloth.
- Preparation: Please avoid using moisturisers, body oils, or hand creams 24 hours prior to the workshop, as they can make the poles slippery.

Zero Minutes Lateness Policy. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class, you will not be allowed to attend a class if you have missed the warm up, as it is not safe.
