Dear Friends,
after a longer time I am very happy to offer another seminar here in Bonn again.
During my experiences in training and teaching I found out, that there is a lot to be said about two of the most basic principles of Systema.
On the one hand the "form", i.e. the state in which one's own body and that of the attacker finds itself, and on the other hand movement, whereby both foot and body movement are meant.
Both principles are very closely interlinked and influence each other. Furthermore, these principles have an enormous influence on the correct execution of the way punches are executed and brought to the target in Systema.
In this respect, it makes a lot of sense to look at these things together in the context of a seminar.
I really hope that this is of interest for you and I can assure you, that this was one of the focal points in my training in Moscow with Mikhail. So, if he thought it was of importance, you should too...
