Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets can be transferred to another person through name change.

Our priority is to ensure a great experience for everybody. For this to be able to work, we let you know:
--During the Bootcamps you have to stay 100% of the time in your respective roles, minimizing the risk of "gaps". (Both you and your partner switching your respective roles for a bootcamp is possible though, as this keeps the overall balance the same)
--During the Party staying at least 70% in your respective roles is expected to provide a healthy balance.
