Join certified instructor Patrick Redmon at the Kokomo Art Center for Synergy Saturday—a mindful 90-minute yoga practice held amongst the beauty of our latest art exhibitions.Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi, this session is designed to help you connect your breath and body in an inspiring environment. After the practice, stay for a relaxing cup of tea and community conversation.
