Learn the Beloved California Routine in our new 4-week course.
This classic and beloved routine is packed with fun, style, and vintage swing spirit, making it a favourite among dancers of all levels. Over the course of this 4-session series, you’ll learn the choreography step-by-step, build your confidence, and deepen your connection to swing dance movement and musicality.
As an added bonus, dancers who participate will have the opportunity to showcase the routine at the Sunday Swing Sesh social on 2 August, giving you a fun and supportive performance experience to work toward. Whether you’ve never performed before or you’re looking for another chance to shine, this is a great way to challenge yourself and celebrate your progress with the community.
Come for the dancing, stay for the camaraderie, and be part of bringing this classic routine to life on the performance dance floor.
DATES: Mondays 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th July 2026.
TIME: 7.30 – 8.30pm.
LOCATION: East Brisbane State School: 56 Wellington Road, East Brisbane QLD 4169
Please note that drop-ins are not available, pre-registration is essential. You will not be able to pay at the door pro-rata for just a couple of sessions. This is a closed course to ensure a cohesive learning journey for everyone involved.
