All attendees are expected to comply with the S.T.E.P.S. code of conduct. Calder Valley Swing operates a zero tolerance policy towards any discriminatory behaviour, or any behaviour that may make others feel uncomfortable. All rights of admission reserved by the organisers.

REFUNDS
Refunds will only be offered in the unlikely case that the event is cancelled. We reserve the right to deduct any out-of-pocket expenses prior to refunding. You are very welcome to sell your ticket for face value, and ask the purchaser to give your name on the door. Please watch out for scams though!

* HOSTEL CONDITIONS Bookings including hostel accommodation are for Friday and Saturday nights, and require guests to take collective responsibility for complying with Hebden Bridge Hostel's group bookings policy. These regulations will be sent by email during the week of the event, and guests must reply to confirm receipt and compliance, in order to receive the door access code.
