Join us for a day that’s about more than just golf — it’s about making a real difference.The Swing for Independence Charity Golf Day is raising funds to support Kerry Walsh, a South African SMA warrior, motivational speaker, author of Finding My Feet, and disability advocate. This event supports Kerry’s journey towards independence and her ongoing work championing accessibility, inclusion, and equality.
Living with a disability comes with countless unseen challenges — including the heavy financial burden of medical care, mobility equipment, and everyday essentials. It often feels like the world charges you more for something you never asked for. By taking part in this golf day, you’re helping ease that burden for someone who continues to give back, inspire others, and champion change.
💚 Where the funds go:
All proceeds will support Kerry’s essential medical and mobility needs, including:
• Specialised medical tests
• An upcoming operation
• New wheelchair batteries
• A portable basin for comfort, dignity, and independence

Includes green fees, halfway lunch, and dinner at prize giving
