Okay you gritty rascals, it’s time for…Swimrun Coniston 2024
A swim and run adventure through the stunning forests, lakes and mountains of the Lake District National Park.
Come join us on one of our three race distances:
The FULL (45km - 10 run sections & 9 swims),
The GRITTY (21km - 6 run sections & 5 swims), or
The SPRINT (12.7km - 4 run sections & 3 swims)
Option to join any of the races distances as a SOLO entry or as part of a TEAM of two.
We provide full medical and water safety cover & transport from the base to the start.
Come join us for an adventure on Sunday 22nd September, 2024.
