Who are the coaches?
The clinic is coached by Amy Javens, a former Ironman champion and professional triathlete, and Stacy Sowers, a life long swimmer and triathlete, and champion swim coach. Both bring a wealth of experience and practical guidance to the clinic. Amy is the owner and head coach of FLYT Performance and Coach Stacy is the FLYT swim specialist, 1-1 triathlon coach and coaches the FLYT's local group.
Who is this clinic for?
The clinic will cover the fundamentals of stroke development, provide targeted drills for optimal improvement, and give recommendations on stroke mechanics, mobility, and limiting factors in the water. We will also suggest dynamic and activation exercises as well as mind shift and open water swim strategies that we will set you up for productive swim sessions.
