Sweet Thunder Jazz Orchestra will return to the Gold Coast City Jazz Club on Tuesday 7 July from 7-10pm playing some swinging big band versions of well-known Christmas songs along with some of their usual unique big band tunes.
The program will include swinging versions of some of the best loved Christmas songs, including ‘Sleigh Ride’, ‘Rudolph’, ‘Winter Wonderland’ and ‘I’ll Be Home For Christmas’, and the band will be joined by a couple of special guests.
With a unique repertoire, exceptionally tight ensemble playing and no less than nine accomplished soloists this hugely experienced and energetic band is not to be missed.
So, dust off those dancing shoes and join us for a night of that sensational Big Band sound - silly season style!
