Celebrate the bounty of Sonoma’s fall harvest with an afternoon of hands-on culinary creativity led by Lisal Moran of Parker Hill Provisions. This cozy October event in downtown Healdsburg brings together seasonal fruits, warming spices, and indulgent bites—all inspired by the flavors of the autumn table.

You’ll roll up your sleeves and craft three delicious treats that celebrate the season’s best:

• Fall Fruit Zeppole – light, ricotta-based donuts made with late-season fruit, such as apple and persimmon
• Cabernet Granita – a refreshing, frozen zero-proof dessert made with local grapes
• Spiced Pumpkin Butter – a delicious, comforting spread perfect for breakfast or pairing with crackers or crudités

Along the way, your instructor will share tips on preserving fall produce, pairing ingredients with seasonal flair, and adding a touch of gourmet to your pantry staples. Local wine, non-alcoholic beverages will be served.

You’ll take home: — At least one jar of spiced pumpkin butter — A packet of recipes and expert tips — The know-how to balance flavors and plate like a pro

Led by longtime baker and teacher Lisal Moran—founder of Parker Hill Provisions and former instructor at Quail & Condor—this two-hour workshop is the perfect way to connect with the flavors of the season, enjoy a creative afternoon, and leave with an edible souvenir.
