YogaRide | Guided E-Bike & Yoga Tour in the Redwoods

Pedal through sun-dappled vineyard and country backroads and unwind with gentle, slow flow yoga surrounded by awe-inspiring stillness in an secluded, ancient redwood forest grove. Add lunch and/or wine tasting at a nearby vineyard for an unforgettable experience.
After checking in and getting oriented to your e-bike and intercom helmet, we'll embark on a 10 mile loop (mostly flat, mild inclines) where you'll take in some of the most breathtakingly lush wine country views and landscapes the Russian River Valley has to offer. Soon enough we'll arrive at a secluded redwood grove where you'll be guided through a gentle yoga class (1-hour, mats will be provided). Your experienced instructor and guide will make time for short stops so you can capture picture-perfect moments along the way, ensuring a day that is both relaxing and fun.
For a truly unforgettable wine country experience, add on a locally-sourced lunch and/or curated wine tasting on the veranda at an award-winning vineyard and winery. These options will extend your tour by an extra +30 mins for lunch, and/or up to +90 minutes for wine tasting, so that you may have the time needed to fully enjoy your day.
