SWEET SUMMER STONES® COLORING CLUBhosted at The Backyard at The Bell District

A mindful, creative space for connection & calm
This gathering offers a free welcoming environment to slow down, reconnect with yourself or with the community and enjoy coloring and a mini sound bath.
RSPV is not required but does help us make sure we have enough supplies. Please let us know if you plan to go.
What to expect:
- All coloring supplies provided - also welcome to bring your own
- A short relaxing sound bath will follow the coloring session at 1pm-1:30pm. (Blankets provided, participants encouraged to bring yoga mat and pillow for sound bath)
- All ages welcome
- All skill levels welcome
Mini sound bath facilitated by SoulScape:
To close out the event we will offer a short relaxing and meditative experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes and ethereal sounds to promote deep relaxation. Sound therapy helps calm the nervous system, ease the mind and release muscle tension. We will have blankets to lay on available and do encourage you to bring a yoga mat if preferred.
