Dulce Candy is a U.S. Army veteran, Latina content creator, Chopra Institute-certified meditation teacher, 200-hour registered yoga teacher, IIN Integrative Nutrition coach, and Penguin Random House published author. She is the founder of Sweet Soul, a luxury wellness brand for Latina women, and has guided women through retreats in Costa Rica, Bali, and across the United States. She has built a community of 3.9M+ across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X over 15+ years.
