Sweet Axe is teaming up with Houndy Helpers for a special community event bringing together axe throwing, dog lovers, and an opportunity to support doggo's looking for their forever homes!
Join us on Saturday, November 28th for a fun-filled day where you can throw some axes, meet the amazing team from Houndy Helpers, and learn more about the incredible work they do supporting Greyhounds in need.
🐶 MEET HOUNDY HELPERS
Houndy Helpers are a community of greyhound owners and fans across the Auckland/Waikato area who are passionate about helping people fall in love with greyhounds and open their homes to them.
They create fun events and opportunities to celebrate the greyhound community, raise awareness, and support the mahi of rehoming agencies. They also support greyhound owners in a variety of ways, from bringing people together at community events to helping out when life happens and an owner needs a hand caring for their houndy.
They believe in doing what we can to help greyhounds find loving homes and stay in them, because every houndy deserves a home where they can thrive, and sometimes their humans need a little help along the way."
Houndy Helpers will be on-site throughout the event to raise awareness, share information about their work, and chat about fostering and adoption opportunities. Whether you're considering welcoming a dog into your home or simply want to learn more about how you can help, this is a great opportunity to get involved!

We're running our Mixed Group Axe-Throwing Sessions at the following times:

🕐 1:00 PM
🕑 2:00 PM
