Sweaty Mama - the original Mum and Baby workout!
Sweaty Mama is a safe and effective, low impact cardio and resistance 45 minute exercise to music class which is great for Mums from 6 to 12 weeks postpartum onwards.
Its a great way to build your fitness levels back up again after having little one without having to rely on childcare or feel guilty for leaving them behind.
A perfect class to bond with your little one with the option to baby wear during part of the class keeping them close and incorporate them into our floor tracks and finish with a great freehold dance too.
With some great tunes, some great moves and a relaxed friendly atmosphere its the perfect way to get back into regular movement again as well as meeting other local Mum's too.
Babies welcome from 6 weeks right up to preschool age.
