Kickstart your weekend with Pvolve at Big Grove! 💪☀️
Join Pvolve Lead Trainer Holly Crosby for a full-body functional strength workout built around Pvolve's clinically backed, science-led fitness method. Combining low-impact resistance training with patented equipment, this energizing class is designed to build strength, improve mobility and stability, and leave you feeling stronger, refreshed, and ready to kick off the weekend.
After class, stick around to enjoy one free drink (must be 21+ and present ID for alcoholic beverages. Mocktails and NA beverages will also be available.) and light appetizers courtesy of Big Grove Brewery, and check out the wellness & recovery vendors.
Pause Studio will be offering free 10–15 minute compression therapy sessions, giving attendees a chance to recover, recharge, and feel their best after class.
Attendees can also take advantage of exclusive event pricing on wellness injections, including:
- Boost Shot (B12) — $20
- Defense Shot (Vitamin D) — $20
- Trim Shot — $20
- Glow Shot (Biotin + Glutathione) — $20
Plus, NAD+ 100mg shots will be available for $50 (regularly $115).
All wellness services will be administered by a licensed nurse from Pause Studio.
