Kickstart your weekend with City Gym at Big Grove! 💪☀️
After class, stick around to enjoy one free drink (must be 21+ and present ID for alcoholic beverages. Mocktails and NA beverages will also be available.) and light appetizers courtesy of Big Grove Brewery, and check out the wellness & recovery vendors.
Pause Studio will be offering free 10–15 minute compression therapy sessions, giving attendees a chance to recover, recharge, and feel their best after class.
Attendees can also take advantage of exclusive event pricing on wellness injections, including:
- Boost Shot (B12) — $20
- Defense Shot (Vitamin D) — $20
- Trim Shot — $20
- Glow Shot (Biotin + Glutathione) — $20
Plus, NAD+ 100mg shots will be available for $50 (regularly $115).
All wellness services will be administered by a licensed nurse from Pause Studio.
