This event will feature two options, so you can choose the flow that feels right for you:

💪 Strength + Social
Start with a high-energy, 1-hour strength & cardio training class to get your body moving and your endorphins flowing. Afterwards, cool down and mingle during a 30-minute social with refreshments and community connection.

🧘 Social + Yoga/Soundbath
Ease into the event with our 30-minute social to connect with like-minded individuals before dropping into a grounding 1-hour yoga and soundbath session designed to restore balance, reduce stress, and leave you feeling centered.
