Swap & Sustain: Clothing Exchange!
About this Event
Ready to clear out those bags of clothes that've been lying around the house? Looking to snag some new sustainable swag to shake up your wardrobe? Or how about scoring some back-to-school items without blowing a hole in your budget?
Come join us for an exciting clothing swap event hosted by our team at Guided Makers!
Help us decrease fast fashion, promote sustainable practices, and support our local community and those in need throughout Maine.
This event will take place at Mast Landing Brewing Co. Enjoy a drink, food with plenty of space to "shop" around!
Additionally, we'll be hosting a raffle for gift cards from local Maine consignment shops! All proceeds will go to an amazing non-profit, Maine Needs.
All item leftovers will be donated to local non-profit organizations.
All Tickets are $10/per person. Children under 12 are FREE.

How it Works:
- Attendees may drop off their donations the day before the event (Aug. 19th) from 4pm - 7pm at Mast Landing Brewing Co. and will receive an 'Early Bird Shopper' ticket for your donation
- We'll sort all accepted donations by item type and size with labels
- The venue will open the next day (Aug. 20th) from 5:20pm - 7:30pm! Individuals who dropped items off the day prior and received an 'Early Bird Shopper' pass will gain exclusive access to the event for the first 20 minutes. Browse, take what catches your eye, revamp your wardrobe!
- Our raffle will be open during the event and the drawing will take place by the end of the evening! Winners will be announced and contacted for their prizes.
What Items We Will Accept:
- All clothing types (including children's), footwear, bags, accessories (not jewelry)
- Ensure all clothing is in decent, clean, and wearable condition. If you wouldn't wear it, someone else probably won't either!
- No holes, stains, or smells, no safety pins

- EARLY BIRD ACCESS 5:00-5:20pm* Additonal pass issued when donating items
- GENERAL ACCESS 5:20-7:30pm - no donations required
