Live Play
Info: Watch a powerful, real human story come to life through a live performance. It's an experience.
Restoring Flow
Info: Our somatic movement therapist will guide you through creative, playful, whole-body movement designed to help you navigate anxiety and come back to yourself. No experience needed. Just a willingness to breathe and be in your body.
Lunch
Info: Let's break bread. Hang out and enjoy each other.
Men Centered Space
Info: A dedicated space for BIPOC men to talk openly about what they're actually carrying relationships, identity, work, grief, purpose, all of it. Led by Licensed Clinical Psychologist Roland Mendiola, this is not therapy. It's community. And it's long overdue.
Women Centered Space
Info: A reflection and engagement space for anyone who has been moving through life fulfilling obligations, caring for others, and keeping it together while quietly losing touch with who they are underneath all of it. Led by Licensed Clinical Social Worker Benine Mbuyamna, you'll leave with tools you can actually use.
Nature Walk
Info: Step outside and take in the gorgeous Wolfe's Neck trails with a guided walk led by Benine. Breathe fresh air, connect with others, and let the land do some of the healing for you.
Flow-Fun time
Info: Creative, hands-on activities to close the day.
