Swamp City Fitness is hosting the Swamp Monsters II STRONGMAN event presented by Strength By Barbell. A full day extravaganza will include many different events both for the athlete's competing as well as spectators. This year's lineup is bigger and better with special announcements that will blow your mind. Concessions available all day with a bouncy house for extra fun between each event.

Event 1: Deadlift Ladder
Equipment Allowed: Belts (one soft, one hard belt allowed), wrist wraps, knee sleeves, chalk, straps of any kind (no hooks), deadlift suits, briefs, and knee wraps.
Time Limit: 75 seconds
Scoring: Reps
Event 2: Trump Log for Reps
Equipment Allowed: Belts (one soft, one hard belt allowed), wrist wraps, knee sleeves, chalk, elbow sleeves, and grip shirts
Time Limit: 60 seconds
Scoring: Reps at weight
Event 3: Max 30' Yoke
Equipment Allowed: Belts (one soft, one hard belt allowed), wrist wraps, knee sleeves, chalk, grip shirt, and knee wraps
Time Limit: 60 seconds
Scoring: Weight and Distance
Event 4: Car Flip
Equipment Allowed: All equipment allowed
Time Limit: 60 seconds
Scoring: Time
Event 5: Max Stone over Bar
Equipment Allowed: Tacky or sticky substance, chalk, stone sleeves, tape, grip shirt, soft belt
Time Limit: 30 seconds
Scoring: Weight
