This Sunday, we’ll go north on the coast and take the San Luis Rey bike path east. From there, we’ll wind our way to scenic Camino del Rey - but no Champagne. We simply make a U-turn at the end of Camino Del Rey and head west. The rest stop is the park bathrooms on the SLR Bike path.

LSD stands for Long Steady Distance. The goal is a steady effort ride at B and C levels. That means staying in zone 2, both on the flats and on the little pitches … a conversation-paced ride. No surging or attacking.
