Song Circle | Community Sing with Corrie Covell:
Sing along with easy melodies in a call and response style. The physical act of singing and humming vibrates the vocal chords and stimulates the vagus nerve, leading to increased feelings of well-being. Also, in a group setting, singing naturally syncs our hearts and breath. You are invited to participate at whatever level feels comfortable.
Sage Robinson, our group's founder, will lead us in an interactive session - The Art of Connection: A Transformational Workshop on Relating Deeply. In a world where distractions are constant and authentic connection is rare, The Art of Connection offers you time to slow down, be present, and rediscover what truly matters—meaningful relationships with partners, friends, and yourself. Through guided exercises, insightful discussions, and powerful one-on-one practices, you will:

🤝 Have fun creating and deepening friendships old and new
💡 Walk away with practical ways to bring more connection into your daily life

This event is FREE. Donations are accepted and offers of service* to participate in set-up, clean-up, and load-out.
We invite you (2-5 people) to come early for set-up and/or to stay an extra few minutes for clean-up and car loading of all the gear.

Corrie Covell is a songwriter and visual artist who believes in the healing and connective power of music. Formally trained in classical violin and composition, she has performed in many genres. Leading group song brings her great joy.
Sage Robinson is a transformational coach and the founder of Awakening to Freedom. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in helping individuals release limiting beliefs, heal from past traumas, and step into their most authentic selves. Sage is trained in Accelerated Evolution methods (Master coach level), certified in mind clearing, substance abuse counseling, trauma-informed care, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness. She has worked with treatment facilities, schools, and diverse groups to create holistic programs that foster healing, growth, and empowerment.
