Sva Ha Yoga 200hr YTTThe next session begins in October.
This Sva Ha Yoga Teacher training is for anyone wishing to begin their yoga journey, or strengthen the foundation and illuminate the heart of their yoga practice. It’s an invitation to learn to embody ancient wisdom, and receive a road map for peace, liberation, and contentment. All eight limbs of yoga infused with BioScalar Activation Meditation, Energy Medicine, Natural Law, and Synergy of Sound Healing.
