For thousands of years, sound, music, and rhythm have been used by wisdom traditions across the world for celebration, ceremony and spiritual growth. Sva Ha Yoga is the embodiment of the Eight Limbs of Yoga supported by sacred healing sounds and vibrations of many instruments, including drums, singing bowls, chimes, gongs, carefully selected recorded music, and human voice. Lisa’s orally transmitted teachings combine natural law, transformative sound healing, and energy medicine practices in a way that’s authentic, grounded, light and powerful.
Lisa is an Energy Medicine Master, with 30 years of service and experience as a Teacher, Sacred Sound Healer, Reiki Master, Transformational Body Worker, Spiritual Mediator, Energy for Life Coach, Yoga Teacher and Shamanic Practitioner of Tibetan Bon, Inca and Native American traditions. Some of the teachers and mentors Lisa has worked with include, Tom Kenyon, Zacciah Blackburn, Dr. Mitch Nur, Two Horses Running, Jose Luis Herrera, Dr. Alberto Viloldo and Swami Satchidananda.
