In this all-levels yoga class, we will dive into the wisdom of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras to guide our practice and cultivate a deeper connection between body and mind.The first 15 minutes will be dedicated to the reading and reflection of the Yoga Sutras, offering insight into the philosophy of yoga. We’ll then transition into 30 minutes of movement with modifications available for all levels. The final 15 minutes will be spent in open discussion, where we’ll reflect on how the Sutras apply to our practice and daily lives.
This class is designed to harmonize physical movement with yogic philosophical understanding, leaving you with a sense of clarity, peace, and inner balance.
