Imagine being surrounded by the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls, rain stick, ocean drum, Tibetan bowls and gong as you let go of all your worries and anxieties. Our certified sound practitioner, Kali will guide you through this unique experience, helping you release any emotional blockages or negative thoughts that have been weighing you down. A soundbath is a transformative experience that will leave you feeling relaxed and restored from the inside out.

So, come and join us at Creations Crystals & Healthy Life Center. You will be enveloped with Reiki & Crystal energy on Monday February 16th from 6-7:30pm and enjoy the magic of a sound bath experience! Afterwards connect with like minded individuals in your community in the midst of beautiful crystals and feel free to shop as desired.

Benefits of Sound Healing may include: stress reduction, pain relief, activating intuition, enhancing creativity, promoting general wellness and vitality. Sound Healing also supports emotional well being and may be helpful to those with depression and anxiety.

Creations Crystals supplies cute, comfy sleep mats & regular yoga mats. 4 Zero gravity chairs can be reserved for those with mobility issues.

What to bring:

• A pillow, and a blanket to keep you cozy throughout the session.
• A pair of socks to keep your feet warm.
• Eye masks are highly encouraged.(Available as desired)
• Your favorite water bottle.
• An open mind and a willingness to let go and surrender to the healing power of sound!

Get ready to unwind, rejuvenate, and transform! Our soundbath is open to anyone over the age of 12 (with guardian) who wants to relax and unwind. We're looking forward to meeting you for an evening of relaxation and peace.
