CREATE VALUE THAT LASTS

A practical 1-day programme that goes beyond ESG and sustainability jargon to show you how to take care of people, improve performance, manage risk and strengthen governance — at the same time.

PEOPLE × PERFORMANCE × GOVERNANCE = SUSTAINABLE VALUE

An organisation can be profitable today but unsustainable tomorrow. A public agency can achieve its immediate targets while exhausting its people and resources. A non-profit can create tremendous social impact but struggle to remain financially viable.

This 1-day practical course equips you with the People–Performance–Governance approach to Sustainable Value Creation, enabling participants to look beyond short-term results and make better decisions that strengthen their organisations for the long term.

Through case studies including the Pang Dong Lai utopia, discussions and practical exercises, you will discover that sustainability does not have to mean choosing between doing good and doing well. The goal is to Create Value That Lasts.

Why This Course, Why NOW?

Organisations today face an unusual paradox. They are expected to deliver more with less.

Businesses are expected to grow responsibly. Public-sector organisations must improve outcomes with limited resources. Non-profits must increase their impact while remaining financially sustainable. At the same time, employees, customers, regulators and society expect more from organisations than short-term results.

The challenge facing today's leaders is: How can we take care of people, deliver strong performance and maintain good governance at the same time?

This question has become even more important in the AI era. Technology can dramatically improve productivity and reduce costs, but sustainable organisations must still decide what value to create, whom that value should benefit, what risks are acceptable and how people should be treated along the way.

This course helps participants address these questions through a practical management perspective rather than a technical ESG perspective. You will leave the programme with 5 practical workplace tools and your own Sustainable Value Creation Blueprint: 3 priorities, 10 actions and 1 commitment.

Learning Outcomes

1. See sustainability beyond ESG, carbon and compliance — and understand what it means for your job and organisation.

2. Use the People–Performance–Governance (PPG) Framework to identify where your organisation is creating or losing sustainable value.

3. Apply practical strategies to improve employee contribution, stakeholder trust and organisational performance.

4. Spot how today's success, KPIs and assumptions can become tomorrow's risks.

5. Apply practical governance principles at Board, Management and Employee levels.

6. Leave with your own Sustainable Value Creation Blueprint containing actions you can implement immediately.
