Sushi Rolling Class and Sake Seminar (Members Only)

A private sushi rolling and sake seminar at Matsuhisa Vail. Matsuhisa’s in-house sake expert will walk you through the history of sake as you do a flight tasting. Once your Masu (traditional sake drinking cup) is full, Matsuhisa most experienced sushi chefs will teach you about the art of sushi. The group will then split into teams for a sushi rolling competition with a sushi chef on each team. Enjoy the fruits of your labor after the winner has been declared! The event includes a welcome reception with apps, sake flight with 3 premium sakes, and all of the food required for the sushi rolling portion. This is a private event exclusively for members of our VIP membership tier of our social club, which includes perks with Chasing Rabbits, Deca + Bol, Matsuhisa and the larger Vail Valley.
