Sushi: Maki, Uramaki, and Temaki

For ages 13 & up

Roll up your sleeves and get ready for some fun! Following the lead of our Instructors, you'll make a spicy tuna roll with an avocado and crab meat topping; vegetarian uramaki with avocado, pickled carrots, cucumber, and asparagus; a California Roll topped with crawfish and chili powder; and temaki, a cone-shaped roll with a variety of fillings.

For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

21 or Older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine with your sushi.

You'll enjoy a cup of Miso Soup as our Instructors show you how to make both the soup and sushi rice.

You'll make:

• Healthy Roll (Vegetarian Inside Out Roll with Avocado, Pickled Carrots, Cucumber & Asparagus)

• Heart Attack Roll (Spicy Tuna Make with Avocado & Crabmeat Topping)

• Temaki ( A Cone-shaped, Handroll with a Variety of Fillings)

• Volcano Roll (California Roll topped with Fried Crawfish & Chili Powder)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
