Basics: Seafood

For ages 13 & up

We'll gather in our Cooking School; take a quick tour of our Seafood Market; pick up tips on selecting fresh fish and shellfish from the experts; and back to the Cooking School, where you'll practice basic cooking techniques that will make the most of the catch of the day. 

For ages 13 & up. Attendees 13 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket. Are you 21 & older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with the seafood.

• Practice basic cooking techniques with a variety of seafood

• Enjoy the results of your efforts paired with a glass of wine (if you are ages 21 & up).

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
